Who I work with
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders, body image challenges, substance use disorders, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.
I’m especially passionate about working with people who feel misunderstood, experience multiple mental health difficulties, and feel overwhelmed or frustrated with playing “whack-a-mole” with the mental health challenges they face.
I welcome people from all backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities, identities, sexualities, genders, and bodies, and I practice from a HAES-informed lens.
Treatment Approach
I use an integrative approach that values flexibility and adaptation over rigid adherence to a single therapeutic orientation. This choice is rooted in a deep appreciation for the complexity of human psychology and a genuine desire to provide the most effective and tailored support for each individual.
I believe in drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic techniques to address my clients' unique challenges and needs. With this perspective, my goal is to create a collaborative and personalized therapeutic experience that supports personal growth and self-discovery.

I have worked in a variety of settings throughout my career including outpatient community mental health, substance abuse treatment programs, eating disorder higher levels of care, and outpatient privay practice.
