Who I work with
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders, body image challenges, substance use disorders, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.
I’m especially passionate about working with people who feel misunderstood, experience multiple mental health difficulties, and feel overwhelmed or frustrated with playing “whack-a-mole” with the mental health challenges they face.

I welcome people from all backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities, identities, sexualities, genders, and bodies, and I practice from a HAES-informed lens.

Treatment Approach
My work is primarily grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that helps people understand and heal the different parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion.

While IFS is central to my approach, I also utilize or integrate other evidence-based methods such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Temperament Based Treatment with Supports (TBT-S), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and humanistic approaches.

My goal is to tailor my approach to each individual—combining flexibility and clinical integrity to meet their needs and honor what works best for them.
Background and Training
I have worked in a variety of settings throughout my career including outpatient community mental health, substance abuse treatment programs, eating disorder higher levels of care, and outpatient private practice.
