Insurance

All Avery Ridge Counseling providers are in-network with most BCBS and Aetna plans.

If you would like to use insurance for your mental health treatment, we suggest contacting your insurance carrier before your first appointment to confirm that the provider you are seeing is in-network with your specific plan. It may also be beneficial to inquire about any remaining deductible you must meet and your copay/coinsurance for each session after your deductible is met. Any cost of services not covered by insurance is due at the time of 

 

For clients who have an out-of-network insurance carrier: 

We do not file out-of-network claims with other insurance plans. Your insurance may provide out-of-network benefits that cover a portion of the cost of sessions. If you would like to file claims with your insurance to use out-of-network benifits, we can provide a "superbill," which includes all the necessary information to file your claim with your insurance provider.

Late cancelation or no-show fees are not covered by insurance.

Self-Pay

You may self-pay for services. This is an option for people who don't have insurance or choose not to use their in-network insurance.

Rates:

• Initial Assessment – $200

• Individual Counseling -$170/55 minutes

• Missed Appointment Fee – $100 without 24-hour notice

Payment​

We accept cash, check, and cards (including HSA cards). Payment is due at the time of service.​
