Avery Ridge Counseling providers are in-network with most BCBS and Aetna plans.

If you would like to use insurance for your mental health treatment, we suggest contacting your insurance carrier before your first appointment to confirm that the provider you are seeing is in-network with your specific plan. It may also be beneficial to inquire about any remaining deductible you must meet and your copay/coinsurance for each session after your deductible is met. Any cost of services not covered by insurance is due at the time of

Out-of-network insurance: 

We do not submit claims for out-of-network plans. Your insurance may cover some of the session costs. If you want to use your out-of-network benefits, we can give you a "superbill" with all the information you need to submit a claim to your insurance company.

Late cancelation or no-show fees are not covered by insurance.

Rates

• Initial Assessment – $225

• Individual Counseling -$180/55 minutes

• Missed Appointment Fee – $100 without 24-hour notice
